Hi there!

In this update I added some simple ragdoll physics to the enemies. So now when you kill some, the fly off and bounce around. Previously they were just destroyed and it was kind of boring that way.

Moreover, a bug was fixed, where the enemies wouldn't spawn sometimes, resulting in not being able to finish a stage.

Now there is finally a fail condition. If you die 3 times, you will have to start from stage 1 again.
